In this exciting role, you will:

• Prepare a variety of high-quality dishes according to established menus and recipes.
• Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with plating and presentation to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to inventory control and ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Uphold our commitment to quality and consistency throughout the service.

We're looking for someone who:

• Possesses a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced hot kitchen environment.
• Demonstrates strong technical skills in food preparation, cooking methods, and knife handling.
• Has a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
• Exhibits excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude in a busy environment.
• Shows initiative and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
