We have an exciting opportunity to join the Culinary team as a Chef at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour. You’ll get to work with one of the best industry professionals, our Director of Food and Beverage Lynn who is passionate about developing talented Chefs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food and cooking.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Full time work rights in Australia 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
• Presentation – wear your uniform with pride and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
• Flexibility – early mornings, weekends and public holidays are all part of the job
