Kimpton Fitzroy London are looking for an Events Manager to join their luxury hotel in Central London!

As an Events Manager we will support you to:

Your primary responsibilities will focus on corporate and social event planning, ensuring successful event execution, rooming list co-ordination and BEO details once the group/event contract has been signed.

Your day to day will involve client and supplier relationship management, developing and maintaining these relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. You will be required to ensure high revenue bookings are handled seamlessly and with extra care and attention to detail, conducting weekly Group Resume/BEO/Ops meetings, handover effectively all logistics to the Operations teams and manage deposit collection as well as post event invoicing.

You will assist in creating and implementing strategies, target repeat business, and contribute to upselling goals for confirmed events in order to drive revenue growth. You will need to stay up to date with event trends, as well as the ever-changing hotel landscape, to maintain a competitive edge in the market and ensure seamless event execution and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone who is focussed and can work closely with various departments within the hotel fostering a collaborative environment showcasing the hotel's unique offerings and capabilities.

What we need from you:

·         Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, sales, marketing, or a related field.

·         A minimum of 2 years of experience in event sales, planning or event operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or event venue setting.

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

·         Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

·         Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Delphi / Salesforce is a plus.

·         Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
