As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, dining area, and kitchen
• Assist customers with menu selections and upsell products when appropriate
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Assist in food preparation and presentation as required
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
• A passion for coffee and providing an excellent customer experience
• Food Handling or Barista certification (a plus)
