Food and Beverage Attendant (Part-time and Casual)

Crowne Plaza Canberra is looking for Food and Beverage attendants (Part-time or Casual) to join our great team.  As a Food & Beverage attendant at the Crowne Plaza Canberra, you'll support operations across our Restaurant, Lume Bar and Conferencing.   

A little taste of your day to day 

• Providing exceptional service, ensuring guest enquiries followed through in a professional manner 
• Understanding the menu and promotional activities 
• Handling cash and credit transactions 
• Setting up and packing down functions and events 
• Collaborating with our Events team and Kitchen to provide seamless service across out Food & Beverage Offerings 

What We need from you:  

• Communication and customer service skills 
• Attention to detail – creating amazing guest service moments with the team 
• Flexibility - working weekends and public holidays are all part of the job 
• Ability to work in a team and a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads, as well as assist in supporting the team with other duties as required 
• Most importantly a passion for food & beverage 
• You must have a  working rights in Australia 
• A current RSA certificate
