Your day to day

• Assist in the preparation of a variety of dishes, including salads, sandwiches, grilled items, and appetizers.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and taste.
• Maintain proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
• Operate grills, stovetops, and other cooking equipment as required.
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and served at the correct temperature.
• Monitor food temperatures to meet safety standards.

What we need from you

• Culinary degree
• Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume, luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer Orientation
• Teamwork
