Full-Time | Leadership Role

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a Front Office Manager to take ownership of delivering outstanding first impressions—overseeing registration, reservations, concierge, and porter services.

• Lead, mentor, and coach the front office team to ensure warm, professional, and memorable guest interactions.
• Engage with guests, build relationships, and resolve concerns effectively.
• Conduct regular front office inspections to maintain high service standards.
• Manage budgets, drive revenue through upselling, and optimize operational efficiencies.
• Train the team on PBX procedures and lead crisis management when necessary.
• Oversee financial transactions, night audits, and compliance with hotel policies.
• Collaborate with external housekeeping teams to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Minimum three years of experience in a guest services role with management/supervisory experience.
• Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• NSW RSA competency card, First Aid certification, and a valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
