• To abide by the business objectives, policies, rules, regulations and procedures set out in the employee welcome kit. , as amended from time-to-time, which forms part of the staff agreement with the Hotel.  
• To comply with the Service Standard Manual. 
• To cooperate and communicate with all Management, staff and colleagues to ensure efficient workflow, including complying with Management’s instructions. 
• To ensure a highly presentable appearance, and keep to the highest standards of personal hygiene. 
• To abide by Health and Safety at Work Rules, including fire prevention and evacuation procedures, ensuring to report to Management any potential hazards. 

• To be mindful of security issues and report suspect circumstances to Management.  
• To acquire good knowledge of all Hotel facilities and keep up to date with developments in the Company and the Hotel so as to respond to customers’ queries. 
• To attend any meetings and training sessions, as stipulated by Management. 

What we need from you 

• Previous groups, meeting and events experience in a hotel or sales role 
• Passion for providing excellent client experiences and client engagement 
• Confidence in proactively preventing problems and ability to handle service recovery following any complaints 
• Love of working in a fast-paced and motivated team with a desire to take the next step in your career 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Exceptional administrative and time-management skills 
• Willingness to work as part of a team and learn new things 
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent 
• Fluency in English Language and Arabic language, both spoken and written is a must.
