Your day to day
As Guest Logistics Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the logistics of guest transport. You will oversee the transport department, including a Transport Coordinator, Team Leader, up to 6 Porters, fleet of buggies, organisation of 2 helicopters and 3 luxury launch vessels.
Your responsibility will be to ensure accuracy in the organisation and execution of all guest arrivals, departures, luggage delivery, luggage collection and transportation to and from the island. Holding a leadership position within the wider Front Office, you’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
What we need from you
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations & provide a high-level of service excellence to InterContinental Hayman Island Resort’s valued guests. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience – minimum 3 years’ related management experience in 5-star, luxury hotel industry.
- Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
- Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to.
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest departs with great memories
