Join the dynamic team at Kimpton BEM Budapest, a leading luxury lifestyle hotel, as our Marketing & Management Coordinator. This pivotal role supports the Marketing Manager and General Manager in driving the hotel’s visibility, guest engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing strategies, including content posting, campaign management, and social media coordination to enhance brand presence.

• Coordinate hotel events, promotions, and guest experiences to align with the brand’s luxury lifestyle positioning.

• Prepare and manage reports, schedules, and presentations for the Management team.

• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on hotel initiatives.

• Oversee administrative tasks and maintain an organized flow of operations in Marketing and General Management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in marketing, luxury hospitality, or administrative coordination.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms, including FB, IG and TikTok.

• A passion for luxury hospitality and creativity in guest engagement strategies.

A valid Hungarian work permit is required. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
