  • Sign in for attendance in full uniform, uniform must be cleaned and presentable. Always check personal hygiene and be well groomed in appearance. Always wear a clean and tidy uniform and well-polished shoe.

  • Always be friendly and keep smiling under any circumstances.

  • Handle all complaints and requests immediately and tactfully. Make sure the guests are satisfied with the service before they leave the hotel. Request assistance from the Exec. Housekeeper if complaints and requests cannot be handled. 
  • 迅速巧妙地处理客人的投述和要求。确保客人离开酒店前对酒店提供的服务感到满意。如果无法妥善处理客人的投述和要求应请求行政管家的帮助。
  • To supervise, organize, co-ordinate and to participate in the activities of all the function rooms, outlets and public areas and offices. 

监督、组织、协调并参与和功能厅、餐厅、公共区域和办公室相关的工作。

  • Conduct daily inspections of function rooms, outlets, public areas, W.C. and offices.

每日检查功能厅,餐厅,公共区域,洗手间和办公室。

  • Make sure that lobby and all public toilets are hygienically cleaned.

  • Check P.A. staff's attire, name badges etc. and give briefing daily before they start work.

  • Plan and schedule work load under the directions of the P.A. supervisor and AEHK to the P.A. cleaner.

在公区主管和行政副管家的指导下制定公区员工的工作计划。

  • Maintain a daily logbook where it should record all necessary follow-up for the next shift. Note in the logbook all complaints unusual activities and the attitude of the P.A. cleaners for the information of the EHK.
  • 每天在日志本上记录下一班次应跟办的事项,所有投述,不寻常的情况和公区员工的工作表现。
  • Report all maintenance to the Engineering Dept. and check maintenance work to be done or not.

通知工程部所有需维修的问题并检查维修工作是否已完成。

  • Control consumption of cleaning materials and sees to the adequate stocking of cleaning supplies. Maintain all equipment and machines in clean/good working condition. 

控制清洁用品的消耗量并确保有足够的库存量。确保所有机器设备工作正常,干净整洁。

  • Handles other duties and projects as assigned by the management.

处理其它由管理层分派的工作。

  • Is prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies such as fires, power cuts and bomb threats. 

在紧急情况如火灾、停电和炸弹恐吓时随时准备执行分派的任务。

  • Ensure that Housekeeping personnel are familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests.
