Job Summary

•           The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for the operation of the spa, ensuring that it achieves the highest levels of financial return and guest & employee satisfaction.

Required Skills

•           Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

•           Good writing skills

•           Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 

•           Problem solving and organizational abilities

Qualifications

•           Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Experience

•           2 years related experience including 1 year experience in SPA operation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
