業務内容

• ハウスキーピングおよびランドリー業務全般の管理・運営
• 社員および外部委託スタッフを含むハウスキーピング・ランドリーチームのマネジメント
• チームメンバーへのコーチング、育成およびパフォーマンス管理
• 法令、安全基準およびホテルの基準が遵守されるよう、チームへの指導・教育
• 客室、スイート、公共エリア、ホテル設備、リネン等の品質管理
• ゲストからのご要望や特別なリクエスト、苦情への迅速かつ適切な対応
• ゲストの期待を超える清潔さと快適さを実現するためのサービス品質向上
• 大規模清掃や特別プロジェクトの計画・実施サポート
• 繁忙期におけるチームのサポートおよびオペレーションの管理
• 客室清掃およびランドリー関連の在庫管理
• 部門予算の作成・管理
• 業務効率および生産性向上に向けた改善活動の推進

• 他部門と連携した、ホテル全体のゲストエクスペリエンス向上

Housekeeping Manager

Create an exceptional stay for every guest.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team at InterContinental Sapporo and play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards of our hotel.

Housekeeping is at the heart of the guest experience. From guest rooms and suites to public areas, linen and laundry operations, your leadership will help ensure that every detail meets the high standards expected of a luxury international hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Housekeeping and Laundry operations
• Lead and manage the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, including outsourced colleagues
• Coach, develop and support team members to achieve high performance
• Ensure team members understand and comply with all relevant regulations, safety standards and hotel procedures
• Maintain the quality and presentation of guest rooms, suites, public areas, facilities and linen
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests, special requirements and complaints
• Drive service quality and cleanliness standards that exceed guest expectations
• Support the planning and execution of deep-cleaning projects and special initiatives
• Actively support the team and manage operations during busy periods
• Manage inventory related to Housekeeping and Laundry operations
• Support departmental budgeting and cost management
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity

• Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
