Restaurant server

A fantastic meal isn’t just about the food. It’s about the sights, scents – and crucially, the service. As our Restaurant Server, you’ll serve an outstanding dining experience, welcoming guests, taking their order and catering to their every desire. You know the menu (and keep abreast of changes), helping patrons discover a banquet to suit their personal tastes.

Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are part of the job, so flexibility is a must. But what really makes extraordinary guest service are your people skills: you’ll be eager to serve every guest something exceptional.

调酒师

The perfect post-flight G&T. That all-important latte before a meeting. They make all the difference to our guests – that’s why the role of Bartender is key in any hotel.

We look for smart, organised people who like things tidy and keep an eye on stock. The kind who can work the till and provide excellent customer service. Knowledge of cocktails, wines and beers is a plus – you’ll be mixing everything from Manhattans to Margaritas. But fixing refreshments is only the start. Ready to go further, together?

Executive chef

As Executive Chef, you aren’t just the commander of the kitchen. You bring people together over impressive cuisine. Whether catering to large resorts or smaller, intimate settings, your passion for creating breath-taking dishes creates a recipe for fabulous dining moments.

You may manage multiple restaurants, so speed, flawless organisation and confidence in a fast-paced environment are a must – as are exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards. You’ll create a rewarding working environment for the staff under your supervision, and be fanatical about cooking amazing food to sky-high standards. Join us, and make your mark in hospitality.

Commis chef
