1、在工程负责人的指导下，确保酒店设备按照洲际酒店集团标准运作，以确保实现最大化的效率和客人满意度。
2、展示对IHG个人防护装备（PPE）政策与程序的认识，确保安全地实施所有的程序并符合PPE指导准则，并确保你的直接下属同样如此。
3、对设施设备认知清晰，能确认合理的维保、维修方案，快速的判断设施设备故障。
4、参加酒店范围内的各类维修和保养工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸设施。
1、执行力强，抗压力较好，具备良好的解决问题的能力。
2、拥有酒店经验者优先。
