前台主管
1.全面负责前台日常运营,包括来访接待、电话接听、邮件收发、访客登记与引导等工作;
2.负责前台接待及相关工作,确保服务标准统一、响应及时、形象专业;
3.负责办公用品申领与台账管理、快递收发登记、会议室预约系统维护等行政事务;
4.及时处理突发事件,按流程上报并配合相关部门妥善处置。
1. 具备2年及以上国际品牌前台工作经验,会使用Opera者优先;
2. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和应变能力,能独立处理多线程事务;
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件及常用办公设备,具备基础的信息系统操作能力;
4. 普通话标准,形象端正,具备职业素养与保密意识,严格遵守个人信息保护相关规定。
