前台接待

• Under the supervisor of the front desk delegate and within the limits of establish inter –continental hotels group brand and local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the front desk such as check in, check out, arranging the rooms, foreign currencies exchange and helping guests.
• 按照洲际酒店集团标准，在前台主管领导下，提供接待客人入住、退房、客人房间分配、外币兑换、对客人提供帮助等服务。

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others.
• 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能。
• Fluent English or Second Language.
• 英语流利或者第二种外语。
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
• 熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。

Experience –
经验
• One or two years experiences as the same station.
• 1到2年的同岗位工作经验。
