客房主管
岗位职责:
1.检查客房部的设施和管理,抽查本部门工作质量及工作效率
2.负责对部门的工作策划,督导,与本部门的财政预算
3.留意宾客动态,处理一般性的宾客投诉,有重大事故时须向部门经理报告
4.对员工考勤、考绩,根据他们工作表现的好坏,进行表扬或批评
5.掌握所辖客房的房态状况
岗位要求:
1.中专毕业学历或同等文化程度
2.有较强的组织能力及协调能力
3.从事楼层主管参与相似经验工作1年以上
4.熟悉客房管理专业知识、熟练运用酒店管理系统
