1. 全面负责酒店宾客服务部的日常运营管理,统筹前台、礼宾、电话总机及宾客关系维护等模块工作;
2. 制定并落实宾客服务标准与流程,持续优化服务体验,提升客户满意度与复购率;
3. 处理宾客重大投诉及突发事件,及时协调跨部门资源,确保问题高效、合规解决;
4. 组织开展员工服务技能培训与考核,强化服务意识与专业能力,保障团队服务水准;
5. 协同销售、市场及运营部门推进客户引流、会员发展及增值服务落地,支持酒店经营目标达成。

1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备3年以上四星级及以上酒店宾客服务管理经验,有国际品牌度假酒店工作经验者优先;
3. 熟悉酒店运营全周期服务流程,具备较强的现场管理、应急处置与跨部门协作能力;
4. 具备良好的沟通表达、团队领导及客户服务意识,能适应轮班及节假日工作安排;
5. 普通话标准,具备基础英语听说能力,能熟练使用办公软件及酒店信息系统(如Opera)。
