1、负责酒店客房的日常检查工作，确保房间清洁度、设施设备完好度符合酒店标准；
2、按照查房流程对退房、续住房进行细致检查，记录并反馈房间状态；
3、核对客房内物品配备情况，及时补充缺失物品并登记报损；
4、发现房间设施故障或安全隐患时，上报工程部或相关部门处理；
5、协助前台处理客人关于房间问题的投诉，提供快速解决方案；
1、2-3年酒店客房服务或查房经验；
2、具备良好的观察力和细致耐心，能发现房间细节问题；
3、身体健康，能适应长时间站立行走及弯腰等动作；
4、具备基础办公软件操作能力，能规范填写检查记录；
5、有责任心，工作积极主动，能承受一定工作压力；
6、能适应早晚轮班工作制。
