•Daily new leads pick-up at least one.
•Daily response to all meeting inquires of any channels assigned by manager.
•Greeting guest which the event comes according to the event forecast and show face in meeting period and communication with organizer, arrange ENT with Meeting organizer.
•SPS Report follow up and find out the related rate, quantity and key organizer information in order to target future business.
•Daily IBR Member enrollment and use various sales activity to increase activated IBR member number and revenue.
•Complete assigned MICE Business Target and Goal,Seasonal promotion and Hotel various promotion goal and also need to help team member to finish the goal.

•Leadership and management skills.
•Teamwork concept and problem solving and reasoning abilities.
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
•Good Communication and writing skills.
•Know how in MICE knowledge and operational procedures and services delivery.
•Self behavior in professional sales and marketing images.
•Ability in dynamic sales talks to different segment of guests accordingly upon providing a meeting solutions to the meeting inquires.
