We are seeking a passionate Assistant/ Events Manager – MICE who can combine informality and fun with professionalism and sophistication, leaders with an inclusive spirit who embrace individuality and inject positivity into their work environments.

Your day to day

 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

  • Being the key link between teams and departments to drive collaboration, plan activity and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

  • Completing forecasts, plans, and productivity reports to budget with accuracy.

  • Ensuring successful and memorable client experiences as their key point of contact

  • Working closely alongside planners to build strong working relationships with daily briefings.

  • Ensuring guest safety, environmental impact and business needs always remain a priority.

  • Conducting pre-event and post-event meetings to continually improve the client experience.

 

What we need from you

For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education qualification. 

  • At least 3 years in a catering setting or related field in a supervisory capacity.

  • Business language and tool acumen.

  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
