What We Need from You:

• Maintain sales & complaint records; report to Restaurant Manager
• Control supplies & par stock
• Set side duties & follow up with team
• Support staff scheduling & emergency coverage
• Assist cost control & achieve sales targets
• Oversee event setup & coordinate with other departments
• Monitor service flow & daily operations (SOP & safety compliance)
• Welcome guests, present menu & promote specials
• Handle guest feedback & resolve complaints
• Supervise, train & lead restaurant team
• Monitor equipment, maintenance & sanitation
• Ensure guest satisfaction & minimize breakage/spoilage
• Maintain positive, service-minded attitude
