Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menu information when required.
- Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of restaurant, buffet, and service areas.
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel service standards.
- Refill buffet items and maintain presentation during breakfast service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, crockery, cutlery, and service stations.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures if assigned.
- Support inventory control and minimize wastage.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and guest-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with good coordination skills.
- Basic English speaking skills preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Diploma or certification in Hotel Management is preferred.
Experience
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred.
