Kitchen Stewarding Associate
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and other equipment.
- Operate dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, washing stations, and stewarding stores.
- Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Segregate and dispose of waste as per hotel procedures.
- Handle kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
- Maintain proper storage of clean utensils and equipment.
- Support kitchen operations during peak service hours and special events.
- Follow occupational health and safety guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or Executive Steward.
