Manager, Enterprise Supplier Management
The position of Enterprise Supplier Manager is a role created within procurement in support of the IHG procurement strategy. IHG Procurement is undergoing a transformation in support of corporate objectives and Elevate. The incumbent will typically be an experienced procurement manager. The incumbent will be capable of managing IHG Suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management and Risk Management as a structured process to deliver breakthrough results for the business.
Your day to day
- Support IHG's supplier management center of excellence by implementing strategy and capability frameworks focused on commercial, performance, relationship, and risk management.
- Manage 'strategic' contracts to ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations while driving performance.
- Mitigate risks in large contracts through active oversight of business continuity plans, supplier audits, and compliance with SOC2 and other obligations.
- Utilize relationship management tools to enhance supplier relationships, drive innovation, and prevent value leakage in strategic contracts.
- Stay informed on market trends in supplier relationship management and develop visual tools to communicate supplier status and risk, collaborating with vendor management teams to maximize impact.
What we need from you
- 5-8 years progressive work-related experience including:
- Proficient in the Category Management methodology and procurement processes
- Procurement experience in a global organization
- Experience of managing complex supplier relationships
- Capable of leading and being part of matrixed team in a project environment
- Effective project management skills
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,344 to $115,000. This role is also elibible for bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
