Multimedia & Graphic Design Executive
- Designs/Lay-outs marketing & corporate materials for the 2 Hotels both for internal & external use.
- Ensures that project adhere to the marketing and branding style guidelines of both Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza
- Collaborates direct closely to the PR & Marketing communications (PRMC) Manager in content & Art Direction of promotional marketing for print & online medium.
- In the absence of the PRMC manager, takes initiative in decision making whenever necessary when it comes to design-related and admin work as well as assisting with video/photo shoots of publications & participation in media events.
- Assists in proof reading of media releases and marketing collaterals.
- Spearheads photo shoots and adding creative outputs used in hotel photos for Press Releases/marketing collaterals as well as pictorials for internal and external events.
- Coordinates with suppliers (Printers & Publications) on the production & timely delivery of projects.
- Monitors and requests for materials/supplies & equipment needed from the Purchasing dept. & direct suppliers
- Assists, coach & mentor other artists on creative & technical (hardware/software) aspects.
