负责所有与前台相关的事宜，如接待、登记入住/退房离店、所有酒店客人的入住程序、外汇兑换、预订、接线总机、商务中心及需要的帮助。
通过履行工作职责支持Great Room的服务，包括食物准备、摆放器具、Great Room用品摆放与拆卸，清洁及对客服务。与计时工或MST支持团队成员协调岗位分配，确保早餐时段有足够的员工提供服务。帮助提供员工餐及运营中其他方面的支持。
.技能要求
• 与酒店客人、团队成员及公众沟通的交流技巧和能力。
• 基本的计算机应用技能，最好懂第二种语言
• 有兴趣学习另外的语言技巧
