1.协作负责收益预订部的日常运营管理，监督预订流程，确保预订服务高效、准确、专业。
2.带领团队处理客房、会议及餐饮等各类预定需求，优化预订效率与客户满意度。
3.监控每日预订数据，分析入住率与客流趋势，协助收益管理团队制定动态价格策略。
4.协调前厅、销售及客房部门，确保预订信息准确传递，保障客户入住体验顺畅。
5.培训并指导预订团队成员，提升服务技能与沟通能力，推动团队业绩达成。
6.处理复杂预订案例与特殊客户需求，维护VIP及重点客户的长期合作关系。
1.大专学历及以上。
2.有相关五星酒店预订工作经验1年及以上。
3.适应倒班工作，抗压能力强。
