3. 解答顾客关于菜品、饮品的咨询，主动推荐特色产品，提升顾客满意度。
4. 配合团队完成餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作，保障运营高效有序。
5. 处理顾客意见或建议，及时上报异常情况，协助维护良好的客户关系。
1. 年满18周岁，具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，有餐饮行业工作经验者优先。
2. 具有较强的责任心和团队协作精神，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排。
3. 持有有效的健康证明，符合食品从业健康要求。
4. 遵守职业道德，无不良记录，能够严格保护顾客隐私和服务信息。
5. 中专或以上学历，条件优秀者可适当放宽学历要求。
