We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies across various online platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate bookings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of the hospitality sector, and the ability to work with a diverse team to achieve business goals.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Digital Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other online channels.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that enhances organic search visibility and drives traffic to the hotel website.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including graphics, videos, and captions.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting existing and potential guests, promoting special offers, packages, and events.
- PPC Advertising: Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, continuously analyzing performance and making recommendations for optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others. Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Website Maintenance: Work closely with the website team to ensure content is up-to-date, aligned with marketing campaigns, and optimized for user experience and conversions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, PR, and design teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
What do we need from you?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.) and a good understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
- Creative Skills: Strong writing, design, and content creation abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage audiences across various digital platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry: Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in marketing for the hotel industry is a plus.
