This role will be driving GC Masterbrand strategy and initiatives to support the ELEVATE strategy of building IHG as a beloved household brand.
Your day to day
- Define and develop Masterbrand (IHG洲际酒店集团) strategy for Greater China
- Lead Masterbrand annual communication planning
- Define and develop Masterbrand social content strategy
- Curate Masterbrand communication assets and materials
- Work with cross teams to define & enhance Masterbrand visibility along the guest journey
- Work with cross teams to implement Masterbrand endorsement strategy
- Accelerate talent development
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce
- At least 15 years’ experience in brand management and integrated marketing. Strong connection planning and integrated marketing capabilities; Experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
- Experience in project management across multifunctional team both internal and external
- Strong branding capabilities, especially in positioning, concept writing, etc.
- Strong leadership in working with cross functional teams.
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin, strong verbal and written presentation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data, consumer insights to formulate strategies
- Strong passion and interest in hospitality or travel related industry
