We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for an HR Coordinator with a passion for people and organization to support our Human Resources team in delivering exceptional employee experiences and day-to-day HR operations.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Supporting daily Human Resources operations and maintaining accurate employee records

● Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration

● Coordinating employee requests and providing administrative support across HR functions

● Maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee information is up to date

● Supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR activities

● Assisting with compliance with company policies and local labour regulations

What We Need from You:

● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

● One or more years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration, preferably in a hotel environment

● Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred

● Good command of written and spoken English required
