As learning and Quality Manager you are responsible for hotel learning and quality department. Develops our employees through all training courses available. Coordinates with corporate training department and ensures to deliver all corporate courses. Controls training budget and makes sure that hotel receives the full benefits of all training expenditures. And also conducts periodic review and audits regarding quality control to make sure that quality control activities are properly taking place as per the brand standards. Prepares relevant reports.

 

A little taste of your day- to-day:

  • Prepares yearly training program for the hotel
  • Ensures that all training records is kept and can be retrieved at all times
  • Ensures that all compulsory training courses is taking place, i.e. basic fire prevention training, fire drill, food hygiene, etc.
  • Organizes language classes, especially English as when required
  • Conducts all corporate courses as per the direction of the company
  • Designs training courses to help develop our employees to be better at work
  • Helps on training related matters to all Managers and monitors training program conducted by them
  • Develops departmental trainers
  • Develops QA operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews
  • Coordinates and Communicates Quality Control activities between departments and functions
  • Establishes common ground amongst the senior management and all hotel associates to ensure critical milestones are met and communicated accordingly
  • Wears uniform with pride and honor
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management

 

What We need from you:

  • High school diploma / secondary education / equivalent 
  • 2 years’ related experience in Learning and Quality, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
