Role Summary:
This product operations focused role will be responsible for managing all regular portfolio reporting for Product & Technology’s (P&T) suite of critical priorities. Through ongoing coordination with product and tech leads, business stakeholders, data analysts and other functional subject matter experts, this role will lead the effort to understand, monitor, and formulate insights on the overall health and progress of P&T’s portfolio of work. The role will also support the Agile Center of Excellence in the implementation and adoption of unified practices and methodologies across product and tech teams while continuously evaluating processes for efficiency improvements. This role requires the ability to understand the big picture (broad business acumen, define and socialize a clear case for change), yet drill down in the details (collect, review and/or analyzing data). The person in this role will also support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization, and enable cross-functional product teams.
Your Day to Day:
- Reporting & Analysis: Own and manage comprehensive reporting across the P&T Priority portfolio, ensuring timely collation of delivery progress updates for alignment and strategic analysis.
- Business Partnering: Embed within P&T verticals to understand and manage delivery in a business-partner role, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead sessions with senior stakeholders across cross-functional groups to identify interdependencies, prioritize resources, and facilitate discussions that drive efficient delivery on organizational priorities.
- Insight Development: Generate action-oriented insights to empower key stakeholders in making impactful decisions, while managing multiple end-to-end delivery-focused projects with minimal oversight.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to portfolio performance data collection, develop innovative visualization mediums for performance tracking, and support the Agile Center of Excellence in planning and methodology adoption.
What We Need From You:

- Project Leadership: Lead multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision, employing established product management processes to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Strategic Insight Generation: Synthesize complex inputs to generate actionable insights and recommendations that enhance long-term business performance and align with organizational goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Leverage working knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, such as Jira, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office products to effectively manage and present project data.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
