Responsable des ventes - MICE (basé à Bangkok) - Holiday Inn Pattaya

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager – MICE who will be responsible for developing and executing proactive sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue across assigned market segments.

This role is responsible for driving new business, strengthening key account relationships, leading assigned sales activities, and ensuring the achievement of departmental revenue objectives.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
- Conduct daily sales calls, client appointments, and site inspections to generate new business.
- Maintain and grow existing corporate group business, MICE, and government accounts.
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Negotiate rates and business terms within approved hotel guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maximize room, banquet, and ancillary revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate customer records in the hotel's sales system.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry functions when required.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities to increase room, meeting, events, and total hotel revenue.
- Prepare annual account plans and market action plans.
- Monitor business trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue performance.
- Analyze production reports, booking pace, and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
