A fantastic opportunity for Waiting Staff to join Scotland’s first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant, at The InterContinental Edinburgh The George on a 30-hours per week contract!

You will earn £13.20 per hour – equal to £20,592.00 salary, plus service charge

This highly exclusive restaurant born in Monte Carlo in 2005 is the epitome of creativity and luxury service, by taking on international and local dishes with a focus on quality ingredients. Riccardo Giraudi (the Beefboy as some might call him) has created Beefbar to break tradition and introduce a modern take on incredibly well-thought out but simple dishes divided into 3 section – sexy street food, great meat cuts and iconic dishes. As a Waiting Staff, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Restaurant Hosts and Kitchen Team to deliver our food to guests in a timely standard, ensuring that every item is delivered and that guests have everything that they would need. You will assist in cleaning tables after guests have departed, making sure the tables are turned over in time for our next guests. As a Food Runner, you will have the chance to learn more about the restaurant and develop your skills – allowing you to progress your career within Beefbar!

To succeed as a Waiting Staff, you will need:

• Experience working within a Restaurant as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host (in a internationally branded high-end restaurant is preferred)

• Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed 

• Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience 

• Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus!
