What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to achieve excellence
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and stock orders
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier service and smooth execution
• Drive revenue growth through budgeting, forecasting, and upselling initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, WH&S)
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to boost F&B promotions and guest satisfaction

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, preferably in hospitality
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strong budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for customer service and team development
