About Us
The Crowne Plaza Milan Linate is strategically located to access Milan's services, Linate airport, ring roads and major lines of communication.
You will be welcomed by a 4* business hotel that does not neglect your family or vacation needs.
Your day to day
The first impression is the one that counts. To kick-start a memorable experience for our guests, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent who can handle transactions in a professional manner, offer useful directions to places and anticipate any requests to make our guests feel at home.
Every day is different, but most of the time you will be expected to:
● Kick off truly memorable experiences with the warmest of welcomes,
● Recognise IHG Rewards Club members and regular guests both in person and by phone,
● Obtain, manage and receive payments for guest bookings,
● Perform check-in and check-out operations seamlessly and quickly
● Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailor-made recommendations
● Being a reliable point of contact for guests, helping them on everything from billing issues to restaurant recommendations
What we need from you
● Accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processing
● Cash handling experience for counting and securing bank and processing cash payments
● Good command of IT tools (Opera, Office, etc.)
● Strong verbal communication and good listening skills, for effective and pleasant interactions with guests and housekeeping staff
● Customer service experience
● Knowledge of hotel operations, offers and the local areaCommunication skills, guests will come to you for both problems and compliments, so you must always be available for dialogue,
● Your problem-solving skills will turn problems into opportunities, so every guest will leave with great memories,
● Your ability to speak English fluently
Mandatory residence in Italy or possession of a residence permit in Italy
