Your day to day

We are searching for a Sales Coordinator to assist the Director of Sales and Marketing to help us fill our rooms.  This role is responsible to generate leads in corporate and group business for 5 small hotels in Victoria and Courtenay on Vancouver Island. A vehicle is preferred, some local travel will be required.  Written and verbal communication, as well as Canva experience preferred.  

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Mining data for prospects , online prospecting , email, or phone calls to potential customers. 

Connecting with potential groups or corporate entities to  assess potential new business

Working with our hotel teams to book group business or negotiated rates

 Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts

What we need from you

Prefer :Hotel, Sales Force and Opera experience

Self directed and driven

Outgoing personality
